The 100 Mile Garage Sale Has Been Cancelled For 2020
Fifteen historic river towns and two states clean out their attics, garages and basements to create the most spectacular garage sale around! Bargain hunters can start anywhere along the river road Minnesota or Wisconsin rain or shine. Mississippi Valley Partners sponsors the 100-mile Garage Sale. The 100 Mile Garage Sale extends from Winona north to Red Wing on the Minnesota side of the River and Fountain City north to Prescott on the Wisconsin side of the River. Thousands of individuals and businesses participate with their own garage sales, often whole neighborhoods. While there are no maps indicating the exact location of the individual sales they are very easy to find and are identified by signage and pink balloons or ribbons. Many of the people who visit our Region for the garage sale weekend start on Thursday and stay until Sunday morning. They often comment that they attended half of the sales that they saw. You wont have any problem what-so-ever finding as many garage sales as you feel like attending! Follow the trail marked with colored balloons or ribbons of participating sales and youll find deals, steals and fun. Dont miss it!

The annual 100 Mile Garage Sale is happening in 2022! Spreading across miles and miles of roads on both sides of the Mississippi River, this fun event is perfect for driving and shopping from Thursday, May 5th through Sunday, May 8th.
Sales on the Minnesota side run from Hastings along U.S. 61 south to Winona on the Wisconsin side the sales go from Fountain City on the south to Prescott on the north, all centered around Pepin and you have to check out the gorgeous views of Lake Pepin! Dont miss it!

Th Annual Qidc 100 Mile Yard Sale July 21 & 22 2023
The QIDC will be doing a preorder starting March 1 and running until Memorial Day in 2023 for the 26th Annual QIDC 100 Mile Yard Sale. The shirts will be $15.
You will be able to either pick them up during the yard sale or for a flat $10 you can have them shipped to you. It will take about 3 weeks after we close the preorder for them to be shipped out.
Applications to be a vendor in 2023 will be available to pick up at the following locations by March 1:

Mile Peanut Pickin Yard Sale

Travel south on Highway 41 for yard sale items, arts and crafts, and other vintage finds. The 100 Mile Peanut Pickin Yard Sale passes through several small towns in Georgia where vendors set up on main streets, fields, and parking lots.

Bargains Galore On 64

- When: Second Thursday through Saturday of August
- Length: 160 Miles
Shop 160 miles of yard sales, garage sales, rummage sales, and flea markets at Bargains Galore on 64, one of the biggest yard sales in Central Arkansas. There are tons of great finds along the way, including antiques, collectibles, and other vintage, one-of-a-kind items.
Worlds Longest Garage Sale

For antique seekers and bargain hunters in the Pacific Northwest, Long Beach Peninsula is a perfect spot to go for Memorial Day Weekend. For a few days, garage sales pop up throughout the peninsula where residents and visitors can enjoy the search for unique treasures.

Annual 100 Mile Yard Sale Returns For 2021
Visit Clearfield County Director Josiah Jones, right and Quehanna Industrial Corp Treasurer Chris Williams display the 2021 t-shirt for the 100 Mile Yard Sale. The shirt features state Route 879 and a replica of QIDC founder Ray Savel, who died in 2018, riding in a vehicle along the route.
KARTHAUS One of the areas largest and most popular treasure troves is returning this summer.
After taking a break in 2020 to slow the spread of COVID-19, the 100 Mile Yard Sale is returning this summer.
Held on Friday and Saturday during the third full week of July, the sale beckons to those searching for a bargain, the unusual, a piece for a personal collection or who want to experience the natural beauty found along state Route 879 and its spurs.
Hundreds of residents in Clearfield, Elk and Cameron counties take part, setting up sales in their front yards, garages or at spots along the highways. Items offered range from antiques, vintage pieces, handmade items, housewares, tools, clothing, toys and tchotchkes galore.
The dates for the 2021 event are Friday, July 16 and Saturday, July 17. The hours advertised are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., although individual participants may set different dates and times for their personal sales.
Quehanna Industrial Development Corp organizes and coordinates the sale as well as serving as its ambassador.
QIDC Treasurer Chris Williams said QIDC received numerous petitions for the sale to return this year.
Oklahoma 100 Mile Yard Sale Tour
Come out to the annual Oklahoma 100 Mile Yard Sale Tour across the state. From Cleveland, Hominy, Ralston and Pawnee to Cushing, Yale and Oilton, you’re sure to find plenty of goods to take home. Sift through clothing, extra odds and ends and gently used furniture in Oklahoma cities like Mannford, Sapulpa, Terlton, Jennings and Hallett. Whichever city you choose to shop through, you’re sure to come out with ample garage sale treasures at the Oklahoma 100 Mile Yard Sale Tour.

Us 11 Antique Alley & Yard Sale
- Where: Meridian, Mississippi, to Bristol, Virginia
- When: Weekend Following Mothers Day
- Length: 502 Miles
The U.S. 11 Antique Alley & Yard Sale is one of the biggest yard sales in the South, spanning an idyllic stretch of Appalachia through Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia. Held over four days each May, this annual event draws more than 30,000 visitors! Towns along the way host festivals, flea markets, carnivals, and antique extravaganzas.
Here Are A Few Last Minute Tips And Helpful Hints:
1. Drive carefully and watch out for pedestrians. Also be respectful of the locals who may just be trying to get to work or home.
2 Visit the Large Group SitesMake the most of your time by visiting Large Group Sites. At these locations, you’ll find 40+ vendors grouped together typically with two or more food vendors, restrooms and off road parking.
3. Don’t be in such a hurry that you miss out on all the fun!Slow down and enjoy this one-of-a-kind event and make some memories! 2 days will go by so fast if you’re hyper-focused on hustling from one location to the next.
4. Stop worrying about rain!It rains somewhere along the route every year. It’s rarely as bad as people think it will be. Plus there’s nothing you can do about it anyway, other than perhaps bringing along an umbrella or a rain coat. And no, the Kan-Okla 100 mile Highway Sale has never been canceled!Make sure you are able to say, “Been there, done that, got the t-shirt!”

Items of all shapes and sizes are sold along the route. We strive to make this a sale of ANTIQUES and ODDITITIES, and we discourage vendors from selling used clothing because it is most often passed over. If you are a vendor that sales name brand clothing, we suggest you keep it to the back of your area

Highway 31w Treasure Hunt/yard Sale

- When: Second Weekend of September
- Length: 150 Miles
U.S. Route 31W has had a bunch of different names, but what else do you expect from a road so old that buffalo are said to have carved its path? The Highway 31W Treasure Hunt/Yard Sale is lined with miles of yard sale shopping and history. As youre rolling down country roads, make a stop at a historic home, Civil War site, or museum.
Highway 127 Corridor Sale
- Where: Addison, Michigan, to Gadsden, Alabama
- When: First Weekend of August
- Length: 690 Miles
Stretching across six states and at 690 miles long, the Highway 127 Corridor Sale calls itself The Worlds Longest Yardsale. Roadside stalls fill up with vendors along sleepy rural roads in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. Youll find bed frames, garden décor, textiles, and tons of other vintage knickknacks.

Peaches To The Beaches Yard Sale
- Where: Barnesville, Georgia, to Brunswick, Georgia
- When: Second Weekend of March
- Length: 260 Miles
The Peaches to the Beaches Yard Sale is Georgias longest yard sale. The route runs along Highway 341, taking you from the peach orchards south of Atlanta to the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Youll find typical yard sale wares along the way, as well as antiques and handmade items from local artisans.
Historic National Road Yard Sale
- Where: Baltimore, Maryland, to St. Louis, Missouri
- When: Wednesday Through Sunday Following Memorial Day
- Length: 800+ Miles
Situated along the U.S. 40 scenic byway, the Historic National Road Yard Sale runs all the way from Maryland to Missouri, making it one of the biggest yard sales in America. The 200-year-old route is full of history and charm, and its nicknamed the Main Street of America. Dont miss antique alley, a 66-mile loop packed with more than 1,000 antique vendors.

The 301 Endless Yard Sale has become a spectacular event for dealers and shoppers, attracting visitors from across the country and even Canada.
